Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The commercial license is yearly — it runs for a year.

What happens after the 30-day free access?

Search gets disabled until you activate a license. Everything else — screenshots, annotations, local OCR — keeps working.

How many devices does one license cover?

The personal license covers up to three of your devices. The commercial license covers one desk.

Can I use Lubo at work?

The free tier is for personal, non-commercial use. The Lifetime license covers commercial use by a private individual (freelancer, creator) in their own work. Using Lubo on behalf of an organization or as an employee requires the commercial license per desk.

What is your refund policy?

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the license key has not been activated on any device.

Do you provide a receipt or an invoice?

Robokassa issues all payment documents (receipts). For a corporate invoice, email support@zatsepin.dev and we will prepare the documents.

Can I purchase multiple licenses?

Yes, you can buy as many licenses as you need — for yourself or for your team. A personal license cannot be upgraded to a commercial one.

I lost my license key. What should I do?

Email support@zatsepin.dev with the name and email used at checkout and we will restore your key.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Robokassa: bank cards, SBP and other methods available in your region.

Do you accept crypto?

Yes, totally! But you must verify you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation.

What does the Lifetime license mean?

The license is valid for life for the current major version of the app. Fixes for that major version are released for one year from its release date. Any cloud features may be offered as a subscription or billed per use once they are ready.
